This survey is undertaken by The Transport Research Institute at Edinburgh Napier University and Transform Scotland. The main aim of this research is to evaluate pedestrian and driver perceptions and attitudes towards crossing facilities in Scotland. This will help support recommendations on how crossing facilities could be improved to reflect pedestrian needs, encourage walking journeys and contribute to local walking strategies.
